What are the payment options?
We currently accept all major credit cards.
What is your burn time for medium and large sized candles?
Our mini-sized 3oz. candles have a burn time of 20 hours with proper care.

Our large-sized 12oz. candles have a burn time of 45 hours with proper care.
How do I maximize my candle's burn time?
Be sure to trim the wick of your candle 1/4 of an inch before each burn. This will promote a clean and even burn and maximize your candle's burn time.
How should I care for my candles and ensure safety?
Burn each candle at least 2 hours for the initial burn to secure an even burn pool and prevent tunneling which may result in poor scent throw and burn quality.
How do I ensure safety while using my candles?
Burn candles on an even surface and do not burn each candle more than 4 hours at a time. Be sure to avoid drafty/flammable areas.

What is your refund/return policy?
Creative Esscentials currently does not accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
What is your shipping and delivery policy?
Currently, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and handling and an additional 5 days for shipping/delivery. Due to COVID-19 and limited supplies, there may be slight shipping delays due to limited supplies. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
